Study of variability alpha-amylase isozymes in wheat varieties of Ukrainian breeding

Aim. To investigate the variability of alpha-amylase isoenzymes in soft wheat varieties Ukrainian selection, created by breeding institutions located different climatic zones (Forest Steppe and Steppe). Methods. Isoenzymes were detected electrophoretic protein separation a polyacrylamide gel. The fall number on «Falling Number 1700» was determined. Results. For representative assessment distribution isoenzymes, we studied zoned common from two centers zones: Institute Plant Physiology Genetics National Academy Sciences Ukraine, Kyiv (Forest-steppe) Breeding Sciences, Odessa (Steppe). grain revealed. A search for associations between variants resistance to pre-harvest germination conducted. Conclusions. prevalence isoenzyme estimated. Among varieties, AbCd variant predominates with frequency 50.0 %. AbCD phenotypes 38.8 % predominate selection IFRG Ukraine. It shown that genotypes containing ABсD are more resistant germination, ABCd AbcD less germination.
